Who we are and what we do

We are a coalition of neighbors nurturing community food forests, gardens, farms, public permaculture projects, and more, helping to build agroecological commons from the soil up in diverse neighborhoods across Chattanooga, Tennessee. Together we are transforming for the better our relationships with one another, our food, and the land. This Substack newsletter chronicles our work, our reflections, and will help to steer interested participants in the right direction to contribute. For more on our organization, our partners, and ways in which you can get involved, check out our main website, our Instagram, and our Bluesky accounts. You can also contact us directly to be added to our volunteer mailing list and/or to our Slack workspace, shoot an email to jonathanparkesallen@foodforestchattanooga.org.
